How do you work with new customers?
We begin by discussing your project and reviewing photos, or scheduling a visit if needed. I provide an estimate, confirm the scope and schedule, protect the surrounding area and keep you updated. After the work is complete, we review the results together and I clean up the work area.
What experience and training do you have?
My background is based on hands-on residential and commercial improvement projects, including painting, drywall repairs, flooring, furniture assembly and installations. Through this work, I have developed practical skills in surface preparation, accurate measurements and careful finishing.
How did you get started?
I started through hands-on repair and improvement projects. I enjoy solving practical problems and seeing the difference careful work makes. Over time, I expanded my skills to painting, drywall, flooring, assembly and installations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked on residential and commercial projects, from individual repairs and installations to larger improvements. I focus on understanding each customer’s priorities, explaining the work clearly and treating their space with care.
Can you describe a recent project?
One project I’m especially proud of involved updating a commercial space with fresh paint, flooring and wall improvements. It required careful preparation and coordination across several tasks and took approximately four weeks. The most rewarding part was seeing the space become more welcoming and functional.
